We hope you are happy with the services provided at our practice. If you wish to comment or make any suggestions for improving the services, please bring it to the attention of the practice manager.

If you wish to make a complaint against the practice or the service you have received you can do so either verbally or in writing.

A copy of the practice’s complaint leaflet is available.

An information leaflet provided by the NHS advising how you can submit your feedback or complaint is available.
